As a leader, your job is to coach a mentor and train the people in the team. There is so much you can cover with your team, but one area that can add a ton of value is teaching them good body language.

This can be as simple as making sure your team member is giving their full attention to the CEO, through good eye contact and a shift in a posture to show they are attentive in the conversation. It can be more complex like teaching your people to have a more positive set of body language when they are speaking with clients.

Either way, good body language is a form of communication and most people aren’t aware of their own body language and how they are communicating it. It’s a good spot to focus on helping new people in the team.
